Our Records Department is staffed by clerks Julie Clark and Susan O'Neil. They can assist you in obtaining accident reports or other police reports and information.
Reports of any type require you to appear in person and fill out a Report Request Form. Please bring your license with you, as identification is required.
Please note that the Wilmington Police complies with public records laws, and administrative fees may apply to obtain reports.
The policy of the Wilmington Police Department is that we will not release car crash reports until you have submitted your Operator's Report to the Wilmington Police for processing.
